Privacy policy
What we collect when you book or contact us, and how we look after it.
Who we are
Empire de Panache Services Ltd runs this website and the services described on it. Our office is at 73A Evo Road, GRA Phase II, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. You can reach us on 0904 220 3372 or at info@empiredepanache.com.
What we collect
- When you send a booking request: your name, phone number, email address if you give it, the service you need, your travel date, flight or time, the number of travellers and anything else you choose to tell us.
- When you share your experience: your name, your role or company if you give it, and what you write.
- When you call, email or message us on WhatsApp: whatever you send us. WhatsApp is run by Meta, and its own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.
- When you visit the site: our web server keeps standard records of visits, such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested, to keep the site secure. We also use your IP address for up to an hour to stop automated spam through our forms.
How we use it
We use your details to answer you, arrange and confirm the services you ask for, and look after you on the day. We publish what you write about your experience only when you tick the box allowing us to. We do not sell your details, and we do not send you marketing unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
Only the partners needed to deliver what you book — for example an airline, hotel, charter operator, chauffeur or security partner — and only the details they need. We may also share information when the law requires us to.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our team’s login to manage the site uses essential cookies. The map on our contact page is provided by Google and may set Google’s own cookies when it loads.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details for as long as we need them to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that, we delete them.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw any permission you have given. Contact us using the details above and we will respond.
Keeping it safe
This website uses a secure (https) connection, and only our team can see the requests you send.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
